Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and the rights you have over it. Written plainly, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody.

Last updated: 27 September 2026 Applies to: Singapore Governing law: Singapore

1 Information we collect

We collect only what we need to sell you a product, get it to your door, and send the reminders you ask for.

WhatWhen
Name, email, phone numberAt checkout
Delivery addressAt checkout
Order historyOn purchase
Payment detailsHandled by our payment providers
The month of your next health screeningOnly if you choose to give it
Messages you send usBy email, Facebook Messenger or Instagram
Device, browser and pages viewedVia cookies

We do not see or store your full card number. Card details go directly to our payment providers, who are certified to handle them. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.

We do not ask for, and do not want, your NRIC number, your screening results, your medical history or any other health record. The screening month is a date, not a result, and giving it is optional.

2 How we use your data

We use your information to:

  • process your order, take payment and issue a receipt;
  • pack and deliver your parcel, and give the courier what it needs to reach you;
  • send you dispatch and tracking notifications;
  • send the Screening Reminder in the month before your next screening, only if you gave us that month;
  • answer your questions, and handle returns, refunds and claims under the 3-Month Money-Back Guarantee;
  • detect and prevent fraud, and meet our legal and accounting obligations;
  • send you marketing email, only where you have given us a genuine, unticked opt-in.

Marketing is email only. We do not send marketing over WhatsApp or SMS, and we do not call you to sell you anything. Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect the emails we must send about an order you have placed.

If you send us feedback about GLPro™ Core, we publish it only with your permission, and without your name.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.

3 Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We never have and we will not.

We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us run the business:

WhoWhat they receive
Shopify, our online store platformThe order, customer and delivery details needed to run the store and checkout
Payment providersPayment and billing details
Courier partnersName, address, phone number
Email service providerName, email address, and screening month if given
Meta (Facebook Messenger, Instagram)Messages you choose to send us there
Analytics and advertising platformsCookie and device data, in aggregate

Each of them is bound to use that data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a regulator, and where necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

4 Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

TypePurpose
EssentialCart, checkout, security
AnalyticsWhich pages are read, where people drop off
AdvertisingMeasuring our ads and showing them to the right people

This site uses the Meta pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. It records that a visit, a message or a purchase happened; it does not tell us who you are by name.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop the checkout from working.

5 Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you, and be told how it has been used in the past year;
  • Correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
  • Withdraw consent to marketing, or to the Screening Reminder, at any time, by clicking unsubscribe or by emailing us;
  • Request deletion of your data, where we are not required to keep it.

Email hello@fitwithlimfelix.com and we will respond within 30 days. A reasonable fee may apply to an access request, and we will tell you the amount before we do the work.

Withdrawing consent to marketing does not remove records we are legally required to retain, such as the tax record of an order you placed.

6 Data security

We protect your data with encrypted connections, access controls limited to staff who need it, and payment providers who are certified to handle card data so that we never hold it ourselves.

That said, no system is entirely secure, and no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed. We cannot promise absolute security, only that we take it seriously and act quickly if something goes wrong.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in significant harm to you, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as required by law.

7 Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires.
