1 Services

This website is an online platform through which you can browse and purchase EROJAN products for delivery within Singapore. Orders are accepted only after payment is received and confirmed.

All products are offered subject to availability. We may add, change, limit, suspend or discontinue any product, price, promotion or part of this site at any time, without prior notice and without liability to you. Where an order has already been paid for and we are unable to fulfil it, we will notify you and refund that order in full.

We may limit the quantity available to any one person, household or address, and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale.

2 General Conditions

By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We grant you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable licence to access and use this site for your own personal shopping purposes only. That licence does not include, and you must not:

• resell, or attempt to resell, any product purchased through this site;
• use this site or its contents for any commercial purpose without our written consent;
• copy, scrape, mirror or frame any part of this site, or use any automated system to extract data from it;
• interfere with the security or normal operation of the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaches Singapore law.

We may suspend or withdraw your access to the site, and cancel any related order, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

3 Accuracy of Information

We take care to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, images, availability and pricing shown on this site are accurate and current. Even so, errors happen.

We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, including a price, and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.

Where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you before dispatch, and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Product images are for illustration. Packaging, capsule appearance and label design may differ slightly between batches.

4 Shipping

Orders are processed on business days, excluding Singapore public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking information by email so you can follow your parcel to the door.

Delivery timeframes given anywhere on this site are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is carried out by third-party courier partners and we are not responsible for delays once a parcel has left our hands.

You are responsible for giving us a complete and correct delivery address and contact number. We are not liable for delay, non-delivery, misdelivery or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete or out-of-date details supplied by you, or by nobody being available to receive the parcel. Where a parcel is returned to us for any of those reasons, redelivery may be chargeable.

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address given in your order.

5 Payment

All prices on this site are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and received; an order confirmation email is not itself acceptance until payment clears.

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

In the event of any dispute regarding a transaction, our transaction records and those of our payment providers shall be final and conclusive, save for manifest error.

We do not operate a subscription and we do not keep your card on standing order. If you want more, you place another order.

6 Privacy

Your submission of personal information through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and the rights you have over it.

We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. Marketing emails are sent only where you have given us a genuine, unticked opt-in, and every one of them carries a working unsubscribe link.

7 Disclaimer

The site and the products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

EROJAN is a health supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

• Results vary between individuals. Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee or prediction of any particular outcome for you.
• Content on this site, including articles, testimonials, ingredient information and customer stories, is for general information only and is not medical advice.
• Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, taking prescription medication, or living with a medical condition, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
• If something about your health concerns you, see a doctor. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of anything you have read here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site or of the products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the EROJAN name and logo, text, copywriting, product photography, illustrations, video, graphics, page design, layout and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view this site and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, adapt, sell, license or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written permission.

Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right in any trade mark shown on it.

9 Governing Law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
